When we receive your order an invoice is sent to you via Email for you to confirm your details and make payment. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours as we only offer Express Delivery, depending on product availability and verification procedures (Payment Verification). If the e-bike you ordered is available in our local store in your country, we will ship it directly from there. However, if it is located in our main store in Germany, rest assured that your bike will be shipped securely and delivered safely to your doorstep.

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your e-bikes securely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
